Steve Lovisa, President
Silverline Creative’s founder and President is a University of Illinois graduate with nearly two decades of experience in marketing, advertising, publishing and web and graphic design. He’s worked with everyone from tiny dot coms to big-name agencies and everything in between. And he puts this background to work for you.
With Silverline Creative, Steve gets to deliver top-notch design and development services to clients, along with a level of customer service that too many firms out there just don’t get. He wears many hats, and he loves every minute of it. Two things drive him: working on a full spectrum of projects, and actively contributing to the growth of a client.
For Steve, this isn’t just a job. It’s a fun, rewarding, exciting way to live life.
Tim Fullerton, Lead Designer
Tim is a versatile web designer, taking Silverline’s projects from conception to execution. He’s got a gift for problem solving, and he excels at bridging the gap between design and programming, particularly with Flash and other interactive projects. He’s also great at turning around projects faster than you’d expect.
What’s more, he’s always looking for ways to make every project better. In fact, he says the projects he gets to work on at Silverline are the most creative and interesting of his career.
Tim also happens to be our resident rock star, playing guitar and singing vocals with the alt-rock band he founded with two high school buddies, Falkirk.
Brian Voelker, Lead Developer
You could say that the movie “Toy Story” changed Brian’s life. Pixar’s stunning characters created out of nothing more than computer code were pure genius, and they inspired Brian’s lifelong love of video and 3-D animation. Along the way, he’s added HTML, PHP, Flash and a host of programming languages to his repertoire, allowing him to create dynamic, eye-catching websites for clients.
Brian thrives on collaboration. Not one to be stuck in a lonely cubicle, Brian loves that Silverline is a team effort. His favorite part of the job is being able to discuss with his colleagues the best way to tackle a problem.
For him, there’s no such thing as a challenge that’s too big. As he says, “There’s no issue of whether or not we’ll be able to solve a problem. It’s just a matter of figuring out how.”
